What does $100m look like?
There’s a brilliant visualisation of the US Government Debt, in $100 bills, starting with a single bill and ending in a comparison of a trillion dollars with a jumbo jet, over at with wfynoway.
The pile above is $100m. It is surprisingly small, and will fit on a pallet.
If I have my facts right, it is also not too far away from the amount of cash earned by both John Major (made it) and Tony Blair (well on the way) since leaving office as Prime Minister.
And it would all fit in a small white van. That’s fitting, somehow.
